In the Studio
I shall be adding information of what is happening in the studio from time to time.
Glimpses of my two 100x100cm and 60x80cm oil paintings as works in progress towards an exciting project on 2027 ....
6 March 2026. Archival, ink on A4 paper. I have been experimenting with my glass nib dip pen. I used a not very absorbent paper and I love the way the ink has pooled. It is a bit like a stained glass.
27 May 2026. A gentle musing to support my next big oil painting drawn on A4, slightly cropped. A musing perhaps, however, I always regard everything I do as the finished article; each line, brush stroke etc is equal in value. Just my opinion of course!
